Evolving technology and recent amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure have spawned a new and lucrative law practice specialty: electronic discovery. This interactive online course provides an overview of e-Discovery laws and history, with an emphasis on responding to discovery requests through the collection, review and redaction of responsive documents. Students engage in the practice of reviewing documentation for privileged information and the processing of requests.
